Doughty' or 'Mike Doughty' and not 'Soul Coughing acoustic'. I heard Doughty state at a show that he was totally cool with taping, but asked that he be credited as 'M. The last few tracks here are almost certainly Mike Doughty solo tracks from years later. Although that's just some speculation based on the promo set I have. It wouldn't surprise me if the station was hosting/promoting the band at 9:30, since that's pretty common at the independently own and operated club, and recorded or broadcast the show live(ish). Based on the liner notes, it may have been recorded by Bob Waugh (and company) from 99.1 WHFS.
The show and the encore were recorded by someone more than a taper. After years of listening to this as a bootleg, I got a copy on CD as a second disc to a radio dj promo copy of Rolling.
